That was awsome! I have never really thought aboot putting words to that theme.
I like most videogame music, especially: Chrono Trigger, Zelda, Suikoden, all of the Final Fantasy's.
(I like the Pokemon battle music as well...)
I like various kinds of music and video game music is one of those categories. :p Many video game soundtracks are very nice indeed and there are so many varying themes (like battle music, emotional music, world map themes etc.) that one can only wonder how most video game musics are so masterfully done. The composers are quite creative when they create more and more different music themes for various video games. So yeah, I like video game music very much. :D
Final Fantasy VII and X are 2 game soundtracks I love. I also like various DDR songs, and some tunes from Kingdom Hearts.
So yes, vid game music rocks:D
yup yup, VGM is sweet. I have that mp3 as well....it was quite odd hearing it for the first time. I have a wide variety of VGM, mostly FF and most of them are midis ><
I'd like to learn who really made that song, I'm pretty sure it was SoaD. Anyway, if you like rock remixes, check out The Minibosses, a band from Arizona that covers vg music. They rock. They did a in G.I. Joe song, too.
We have a college radio station out here that plays VG music every Friday night. I always listen to it if Im out.
The guys who did the Legend of Zelda song were NOT System of a Down. It was a little-known group called The Rabbit Joint. Here's a bit of proof.
