Moogle suit

Where can I use the Moogle Suit and the Autograph that I got with Lionel?

I think it's used in Alexandria where there's a family that obviously want it but you can't give them it giving you the ability to curse at the game for yet another stupid detail.

Like many key items, they have no use but to add to your Treasure Hunter Ranking. If you achieve an "S" ranking and confront the Four-Armed Man, he'll say a nice little speech (which happens to reveal his true name), give you a special medal (which also turns out to be useless, darn it), and walk out of your life till his next cameo.

There were alot of useless Key Items in this game. Oh well, I still enjoyed it!

I wondered what the Moogle Suit was for. I so wanted to give it to that old woman and that little girl :(
