Im just 12 pulse ammo away from getting the Lionheart but I heard that 1 power generator can make 2 pulse ammo rounds, I heard you can mug them from Blitzes but I have found none, where exactly can I get a power generator or some other way to get pulse ammo? The FAQ is not helping me.
Energy Crystals are far better for producing Pulse Ammo.
Crystals are available from Elnoyles, the large flying monsters found Esthar. I've only ever come across a single Power Generator, that was under one of the locked trapdoors inside Lunatic Pandora. It provides Quistis' useful Ray-Bomb Blue Magic spell.
