hi I am stuck on final fantasy tactics advance my problem is I am trying to do the mission called "S.O.S" but it says I need a 7 in track to take up this mission. and I have not got a clue how to get it (it is a skill).

Just keep doing other missions. If you go to Clan in the menu on the world map, you can see what experience levels you have in different things such as track and combat - and these go up as you do missions. Basically do other missions first if it's not high enough.
