I can't remember which one is the most popular one though.
psxMC works well for me.
PSmplay is the best from my experiences...
PSXMC is better in my experience though for videos/audio :p PSMPlay only if I want the image data or something too, but it has a lower hit rate for FMVs on PSX CDs.
