phpBB help! ;_;

Actually, I'd like help here. I kinda want to start my own forum, but being a cheap poor bastard I am, I decided to get some free server and a phpBB, but... one thing I can't do, is start it up. I have no idea how to put a board up, let alone how to get this started. ;_; Is someone nice enough to lend me a hand as to what I can do to get myself started and/or assist me starting it? Thanks.
