Hello does anyone know where the 8th cactuar is? and how powerful stats wise do u have to be to beat shinryu?
gamefaqs.com has a faq for that sidequest. and shinyru is weak . all he does is counter attack you... oh.. only requirements are having decent defence, can hit for close to 80+k and having like ... id say 150 agi.
