Is there anyone in here other than me that plays DDR continuously? I, for one, am on of the geeks that go to aracdes with a group of friends an spend about $20+ a day playing DDR.

The only purpose of going to an arcade is to play Marvel vs. Capcom II, or some other related game. Playing DDR just makes you look ridiculous.
Hey man, DDR is a life style. You gotta live it and know it buddy.
No it isn't. It doesn't make you look stupid, either. I'm just a casual arcade player.
>>> My brother used to spend all his money playing DDR..
as for me, thats not my kind of game.
some girls look good playing it anyways..
I would rather sit home and not waist my quarters on arcade games. The only thing I play is pool. And that costs enough. I always suck at those games anyways.
Oh yeah.Quote:

Street Fighter III: Second Impact is my only reason for going to the arcade. I've been playing that game for a good six or seven years now.

I tried playing DDR a few times but I usually get winded from all of the body movement. Its a nightmare. I think I burned about 500 calories playing that once. Hmm, I think I just developed a new Diet plan. Go out and eat a whole pizza and play DDR for a good 20 minutes.
Dude, just get a psx and DDR pad. If you spend that much a day, an investment in a DDR 'set' is well worth it.
The fun in DDR is showing people how good you are at the arcades. I've lost the ability to get A in The Legend of Max, but I'm still a 9-step/8-step heavy mode player.
True, but don't spend 20 bucks there unless you're going to get mad props :D
I've got a set and I get mad props at the arcade.
But it's so much less good. Unless you're getting the metal pads. I have a friend who just got 2, and he's goign to be expecting a lot more visitors now :DQuote:
