Cloud, it's just amusing how you get most everyone thinking he's a girl when he dresses up as one. Quite amusing the dialog between Aeris and the dress maker as well.

Oh, wait... we're talking games here. Cloud was more fun cause of all the accessories you could get for that nonsense, but he gets major points off cause the graphics made the dress look like three purple tires stuck around his legs.
