So..I'm not sure cos I never actually did it, but by this which was in the strategy guide I think it has to be *under* 0 seconds and not just 0? Ahh, I wouldn't even try it, too hard xD

I seem to remember that I hit EXACTLY zero, like, finishing it in 36.0 seconds with 12 balloons. But I could be wrong.

Your time dosn't have to be under zero. I got dead on 0.00 and got the Sun Signal. If it hadn't I think my PS2 would off gone flying out the window. :D

Oh, hehe, silly strategy guide. Well I'm not sure what the problem is then. But still, much easier customising ultimate weapons (with the exception of Aurons and Rikkus).

Did it again and got it. I about went crazy there for a minute.

I am sure it is exactly zero. The number of time we had to do it over and over, I know for sure.

I had about -12 seconds... i got the Sun Sigil.

That happened to me the first time too. Does it display any time under 0.0.0? My theory is that it has to be under 0.0.0 but the game won't actually display that time, just 0.0.0.
