Octagon Rod

I can't find Vivi's Octagon Rod. All the walkthroughs i've read say it's in Este Gaza (which is blocked to me now), and Duerdargo (sp?). But I can't find it in Duerrdargo anywhere.

It's somewhere other than Esto Gaza? I didn't know of that. I'm not sure there's any other way besides buying it in the Esto Gaza Weapon Shop.

Is there any way to get to Esta Gaza on disk4? I somehow missed the Octagon Rod, and various walkthroughs say you can get one in Duergerro.

Deugurro is northwest of Lindblum and as it stiis atop a mesa on a mountain with cliffs aroun dit, it's only accessible by airship.

I know where Duergerro is, I just don't know where the Octagon Rod is that you can supposedly find in the library.

I don't recall finding any Octagon Rod just laying about... Perhaps you get one from the Synth or Weapon shops? (In Daguerreo.) Try sifting through Gamefaqs' FFIX-stuff if you need to. I'm sure they won't mind. :)

I'm pretty sure you can't get the Octagon Rod after Disc 3. The only place that sells it is Esto Gaza, and you can't enter there in Disc 4.

go right at the enterance of esto gaza & u find the shop !yay!

Dagguero stops selling the Octogan Rod after Disc 3, and Esto Gaza is blocked by the roots of the Iifa Tree. If you ask me, that's bad planning on Square's part. Denying the player three of the most popular FF spells, just because they skipped a tiny section of the game was not a good move.

you can only get the octagon rod in disk 3 in...i think it is the blakc mage village...kinda like the other person said

I missed it so I have to rely on spells like Meteor.
