anima's overdrive

I'm playing NSG (no sphere grid) and actually I am trying to incease anima powers. I don't know if I have to boost strengh or magic to "chaos" make a lot of damages

i think its strengh because i my bahamut's overdive took 21036 and when i raised it strengh it took 22999
