I think the court's decision is accurate, according to what I know of the evidence.

It's definitely good for the NBA, as it helps to reduce some of the current problems they're having right now.

The ruling sucks. I mean Jayson Williams ADMITTED TO SHOOTING THE MAN and the jury still acquitted him of manslaughter. This is why I've always hated jurors being able to decide an outcome.
