This is the new Mortal Kombat coming out this fall, please post rumors/true facts about the game.
There's supposed to be a good deal of combat, if my sources are correct - and much like its predecessors, the combat will be mortal, I think.
I heard the same thing as Hsu.
I hear Barraka is coming back! That's great Barraka is my 2nd favorite. After Sub-Zero who's getting a new costume. At least that's what GI says. And I disagree with Hsu, there is not way combat could be in the game.
Haven't we, as a society, moved beyond Mortal Kombat?

I hear there is gonna be some Story Mode, where you can explore towns and talk to townsfolk.
Also, word is there are now two Fatalities for each character, along with stage-specific ones.
Kombat Chess and Kombat Puzzler will provide a brwak from the bloodletting.
24 playable characters a given.
