basically i want to know how to change the poll options for a kind of tournament thing in general ff but unless i edit my poll's it would involve ALOT of topics. the npc finals creator seems 2 be able to do this but poor ikle me :(

Only mods/admins can edit polls. Best to PM a mod if you want to replace a poll in one thread with a brand new poll for some reason - either that or they'll tell you to make a new thread :p
If you're doing some kind of tournament, you may want to ask people to PM you their votes, and count and post the results yourself in a single thread. That's what most people do with the largish contests.
