XD. Shiva is on the outside and you eneter through the top waterfall......but I dont know how to beat them...dang it!
If you've just gotten to Walz, you're probably not strong enough to beat Shiva yet. It's easiest to wait at least until you've recruited Efreet to go back and beat her up.
Yeah, she kicked my butt until I was able to buy Fire2 spells. I went to Karnak and purchased them first, then warped back to Waltz to get Shiva.

You can also throw Fireskills. Those also work nicely.
Fire2, Ifrit and Fireskills. If you have 'em, she'll be down in one round!
