You mean as the best game? I haven't played the last two, but I liked ff7 best out of those. Lunar was pretty great though, not many rpgs quote Austin Powers so much.

Gah, I'm torn. Between Suikoden(I assume that's what you mean, and I assume you mean Suikoden I) and Lunar(by which I assume you mean Lunar SSSC). If it was Suikoden II, there'd be no contest, but in my book, Suikoden and Lunar SSSC are tied for the second-best RPG ever made.

I looked at that list of games and thought I was going to have to make a difficult decision.

Then I saw Final Fantasy VII on that list. There was no need to make a difficult decision after that.
