hey, i was wondering what that crater underwater is for? am i jsut stupid? it isnt from meteor because it hit in a different area, so why is there that huge crater under water?

That crater is from Emerald Weapon, when u reach the Northern Crater in Disc 2, you see a cutscene where all the Weapons fly out of the crater. Emerald Weapon landed in the ocean, and left a big crater.
Ultima Weapon caused a similar crater, near Junon.
