Did you refine it, or lose it?
If you refined it, then you can get it back during disc four, by (SPOILER)winning it from the CC group members on the Ragnarok (if you finished the CC group sidequest earlier) or by beating the Queen of Cards, who's found at the escape pod crash site, a hidden location in southern Esthar.
If you lost the card to General Caraway, you can get it from Martine who's at FH; if you lost it to someone else, just play them again until they use the card, then win it.
