The doll in Genma Onimusha.

As some of you know, Genma Onimusha is the remake of the origional Onimusha only it's on the XBox, nothing has changed really (I think) except for one thing. There is a part in the game where Samanosuke is in a room with a doll on a table, where he finds a puzzle piece to unlock a door, as you find's it and leaves the room the doll falls off the table, ol' good hearted Samonosuke picks it up and puts it back on the table. But as he does so he learns the doll is possesed by a demon and won't stop trying to kill him.

How the crap do you kill this thing? So far all I manage to do is run to another room to get away from it.
