BCNM Strategies?

Last night me and two others tried to take on a BCNM, Grove Guardians.

We got our asses handed to us within five seconds. :(

Turns out, though, that this particular battle had six people elligible to fight, so that's double the embarassment.

However, my WHM, who's usually knowledgable about everything in the game, got so scared by the ordeal that he's certain the battle can't be won even with 6.

So I was wondering if anyone knew any sites with in-depth strategies on BCNM battles, like what jobs are recommended, what items, etc. Thanks.

Um what BCNM match is it?

20? 30? 40? 50? 60? or 70? O_o

Hmm i am sorry i am not familiar with BCNM 30 that much besides it drops earrings/rings that have latent effects which are activated by specific subjobs and the Dispel scroll...><;;

Is it the one in Giddeus? I remember trying it 3 times, nearly won the third time but that damn Crawler kept chain casting Cure3 on himself. I looked it up and I don't know the strategy for 6 people (it would be easier) but basically you need to go in with damage dealres (ie. BLM, BLM BLM or DRK, RNG, BLM, or DRK, RNG, SMN). That will garantee a win, although you may want to check up the strategies.
