Rafa and Malak powers explained!

I dont know how useful this will be to anyone but it seems someone has at least some idea on how to best use there powers!

It certainly is exhaustive. Although I still don't like the inherent randomness built into their attacks.

I kinda found that out a couple of years ago when I burnt midnight oil to read the Battle Mechanics of FFTactics :P
