Welll i have 2 S class, 1 blue and one green male and female chocobo. HAR HAR! so like evil chocobo billy's all like
"u shouldnt mate chocobo's that r just born" well they were born.. like... 10 hours ago!
And mah point is Icant get a black chocobo! mah chocobo's are NOT related!!!
how can I get that billy to let mah chocobo'c mate so i can get a black chocobo!?!?!? :choc:
You'll just have to kill some more time. I tend to use that time to get them to S Class racers or level up my characters.

I had that problem, but it seems that killing a few monsters worked... maybe it's not the time, but you have to walk so many steps or fight so many battles? :choc: :choc:
I'm pretty sure that what Jenova Rebirth told you will help you. I have also encountered this problem, and then just waited, and then finally bot Chocobo Billy to shut up.
