Logitech Dual Action gamepad with ZSNES? :mog:

I just got a game controller to make playing ROM games easier, and am having a problem getting the blitzes to work. I'm fighting Tyranosauruses, and have all of the blitzes. The only one I've tried so far is the Bum Rush, and every time I try I get an "incorrect blitz input" error. I've tried using the D-pad, the joysticks, setting a macro on the controller, and setting one on the keyboard. I've also downloaded the most recent driver from Logitech's site. (I would just get a more expensive contoller, but I'm getting a PS2 in another week or so, and would rather not spend another $30-50 on another controller if I can get this one to work, particularly since I probably won't be able to get my money back for this one!!!) Any ideas for a work around?

Look in Zsnes and make sure there are no buttons set to any input besides #1. Buttons set to the diagonals in Zsnes are also unecessary. If all else fails, try inputting blitzes the wacky way (The diagonals become undiagonal. IE: Aurabolt becomes down, down, left.)
