It should be under Data-Archives, along with the tutorial. Are you sure there's nothing else on that screen?
There is no archive section on mine, the tutorial is just under data with the other stuff. Maybe it's not in the PAL version but they have it in the instruction book.
Have you unlocked everything? If so and it's still not there, then I don't know. That'd be my guess, but come to think of it, I think I had that movie before I unlocked everything so I don't know.
I got it by unlocking every character and stage. I dunno about the trophies though... oO
