Real Emotion. However, I prefer the English version over the original Japanese one.
Koda Kumi's english version of Real Emotion is better though - she sings about bondage trolls :p
Final Fantasy. That's the name of the song. It's been in most of the "numbered" FFs, except those from X onwards, and also FFII. THANKS SEPH. :p
