If you like The Oath, check out the FFVIII orchestrated album, Final Fantasy VIII: Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec. It has a pretty solid version in there. In my opinion though, the two most radically improved pieces are Blue Fields and Fisherman's Horizon.
Also, Kuja's Castle music (the mix of Kuja's Theme and Immoral Melody) appears on FFIX+. That is sweet.
Anyways, I can't really think of picking my favorite Uematsu favorites right now - too much work and thinking. :(
