hahahaha. i have to day that was pretty funny.
I must say that was quite humorous.
thats so stupid. but they arent profiting from the movie. i didnt think they could take legal action unless they were somehow making a profit off of someone elses work.

I would also have thought that their use of the song is well under artistic license, especially because they gain no profit from this animation. But obviously I'm wrong.
Aside from that, I've already seen the animation, and I must admit it was hilarious. Kerry's constant, "'cause I won three purple hearts!" was one of the more amusing parts, along with, "You can't say nuclear, that really scares me." and just about anything mockin' Bush's intelligence.
I don't want to see this go down.
i suppose it would be argued that they make profit from the song indirectly, with all the increased ad traffic they've recieved due to the short.
This lawsuit business is just sickeningly rediculous...I suppose they'll be sueing all of us next.
