Entrance: Anyone is welcome to the capital. But if there are dangerous places that a person would like to visit they have to have my authority first.
Exit: Anyone can leave my country freely.

*sigh* i know that I have not been here to see what's been going on lately but i feel that i should give up my duties to someone who is more dedicated than I...if that hasn't happened already. if so...that's good. things have been happening and i haven't even been able to really get online and i'm sorry for not being more dedicated to this.
