You mean those pillars you have to hop on? It's really hard to tell you without a map. Just go to that hovering machine to the left and ask it to play the melody for you, and memorize it. There are two lifts, one to the left and one to the right. It's good to remember that the one to the right takes you to two more lifts. Don't use the bottom one until last. That's the only advice I can give you without a diagram.
