GF cards

ok I have a question why do we have cards like Minimog and Chicobo as GF cards when Giant Cactaur and Tonbery King are only boss cards? I think that they should be switched around becasue Minimog and chicobo arn't as much as GF's as Tonberry and Cactar, what do you think?

I once heard that those two were not originally GFs, but I've heard nothing else on this matter and it might have been just a rumor.

yes they are GF's but not so much as Cactaur and Tonberry King....I think they should get rid of the chicobo/chubby chicobo and the MiniMog card and then move Cactaur and Tonberry King up to level 8 and then throw in some other bosses at the level 8!
