I think you have to get this in Ch 1. When you are finished with the mission in Mushroom Rock Road, and you go to Youth League headquarters, there is a path off to the right when you first enter the area. At the end of this path is a treasure chest with the GG.
Yeah I know it isin Ch. 1 at least, I have a walkthrough (GameNOW issue 26 & 27 and OPM in issue 76 and 77) but aren't very detailed they don't tell me WHERE! Well thanks for telling me SeedRankLou your a big help. :D :D

It is a Garment Grid where you put Dress Spheres in, like First Steps and Heart of Flame.
