You can get the cat nip accessory in the Bevelle underground in chapter 5. I can't remember what level you can get it on and who you have to fight (it has been awhile since I got it) but someone else should be able to help you with that. But yeah, under Bevelle is where you get it.

Via Infinito, level 40, after fighting the Black Element

Black element was a pain in the ass. It always cast's ultima no way around it(that i know of :confused: ). just have a dark knight use charon and hit it once or twice(normally).

Have a Samurai use "Fireworks" on it for 9999 damage and a kill. :)
