read the title, answer the question! :moomba: I kinda wanna get every numbered FF, but...
YES!!!! ITS MY FAVORITE FF!
No? Come on, look who you're asking, man.
How shall I put this?
Yes, you should play it.
FFIV is really what made Final Fantasy what it is today. It's simply a classic game, right from opening to end.
Thank you! :p lot's o' people say that FFIV was kinda weird, and I read some of the story and grew to like Palom & Porom(by the way, which is which?) i am kinda sad that they permanently petrify ther selves.. :-(
    :shame:
ff4 is kinda weird yes but amazing. i think palom is the boy black mage n porom is the girl white mage. (SPOILER)and no they arnt permanently pertrified ,but u can never use them again
Hehehe, careful there, DragoonKain, that little bit of info can spark lots of rumors (crosses fingers). FFIV's no weirder than, say FFVII, which has you running around with a 4 foot marshmallow being ridden by a cat and a lion with a flaming tail and the hair stylist who did boy george.
my friends say that the twins are god(especially agains Cagnazzio)
oh yes i forgot to mention (SPOILER)palom and porom are allowed on your team but you must beat the game 223 times with tellah in your party. then on your 224th play you have to go to the developers room and look at the smut and you'll see a picture of porom with an article in it on her. it will then tell you the item to heal them. :D i swear it works
Personally I didn't like FFIV as much as I liked...well lets say...Final Fantasy II ^_^.
*hits Dragoon Kain with a mackrel*
why a mackrel? why not a Whate Shark or something? Rydia is the coolest female Char. in the Game from what I've heard!Quote:

this is represented imho by the fact that this game is the first game to have the extended version of the prelude music. it is telling us FF has evolved. and it so did for this amazing title.
[q="Del Murder"]IV - Awesome! My third favorite game. It's pretty straightforward, really. There's not much variation you can do from game to game, but that doesn't take anything away from it. The characters and plot are both great, and there are plenty of sidequests (much more than the first two) with some cool rewards. The charaters have pre set abilities for the most part, but you get such a diverse range of them that it doesn't bother me. The challenge is almost perfect, not too hard, not too easy.
