where to get AP from

what is the best place to ge the most AP from

I always used Cactuars on Cactuar island, myself. 20 AP a piece.

In Centra there's a big dessert, and on the eastern edge there's a little sandy island. There you'll only fight Cactuars, though avoid the large one you can see unless you're strong enough. It can be a tough battle otherwise.

You can also fight cactuars in the desert if you don't have the Ragnarok
yet (I think you can get there at least...) and that way you won't have to
worry about the Jumbo Cactuar. Remember though, cactuars are STRICTLY
for AP...I think they give 1-3 exp each. :p
