Its in a room i think it was in the one with the loft. That could have been a normal chest though. i dont remember.

Go to Leblanc's room. I think it's on the other side of the hall from Ormi's and Logo's. Go to the left side of the room and try to climb up something. Once you do, circle around and you will find the treasure chest.
