This is just an idea but could I or someone set up an LJ community that deals with grpahics, avatars and signitures and so on so people can post there graphics requests and so on? Just an idea.

I'd see that as kind of pointless, really. Not everyone here uses LJ, for starters. Secondly, there are avatar and signature service threads in the Help Forum.
I just realised that LJ is a really cheap way of having your own forums
Forums that are all about me me me. (Just for my journal.)
I agree with Shoy, but it's not like having one would change anything round these parts, so either way.
