Common P2P programs should suffice, it's track 17 of the OST for the movie. The 320 kbps version is just short of 11 MB though, so might be a hefty download if you're on dial-up :p
You could also reference Lara Fabian in your search, since she performed The Dream Within for the soundtrack.
