Aim A$$hats Anonymous

Have you ever recieved a IM from someone who you had no clue who they were, and you never figured out?

I just got an IM from someone with the screename: Orange Julius333

They kept saying stuff like "yo yo I like kraft mac and cheesy nice and easy" or something along those lines. When I said "hey who are you?" they responded "A fate worse than death". Me: "hmm...Bill O'Riley?" them: "In your case, a mirror."

I have a strong feeling its someone from this MB...but I can't think of who. They typed with a big orange font and a blue background...it was ugly. :mad2:

i get those but usually they are like "hey, want to try out my new rpg???"

I got IMs from somebody who was on the Street Fighter LJ community because they were pissed off at me for telling the admin that they were the ones spamming the living bejesus out of it.

I just get lots of chat invites from strangers all the time.

People IM me a lot, but in the end they're usually from this other forum I go to.

So I block them. :D

I've gotten IM's with links to porn sites a few times, which is about as bad as spam mail.

I used to get a lot of random IMs when I was much more active around here and in the chat, as usually they would be from people here. I still get a few now and then, and they still end up usually being from people who have seen me around here.

You know, you can set your AIM preferences to have only people on your buddy list IM you and it blocks everybody else.

but then when my friends who change screennames every week wanna IM me they can't :p

Random messeges?/messages? (sp) are half the fun.

Yeah....but it's always this really weird japanese guy. :confused: It doesn't really matter, though, since I barely ever login to AIM, or yahoo, or any of those messengers. Meh.

Holy freakin' crap, for a while I typed in a big orange font and a blue, teal actually, background for football season supportin' them Dolphins. Then I realized it was ugly and switched back to my white on black. I also realized that the Dolphins suck horribly and make me very upset.

Really, though, the only time I did that was about a year ago. I did it to Loony BoB because Alpha told me to and I always listen to Cap'n Alpha. Of course nobody here remembers/knows Alpha.

yea, the dolphins are pretty horrible.

Some dude named Spuuky28 won't leave me alone.

I've never had that happen to me before.
