If any one has any sites the host free and any Web site builders please link me up. :p Any Useful tips will also be good and if there was a previous thread made on this topic plz link me to it and close this one "2 of my topics have been closed already" :cry: .. cause i'm stupid and i can't surf the whole forums yet. What do you want to do with your website? That's the question that really needs to be asked first.
For hosting, there's always Angelfire, Tripod, and Geocities.
If you want a free website builder that's all point and click, Mozilla is probably the best you're going to get. It has a Composer in it that lets you do point and click editing of web pages. There's no real advanced features, but considering its price (0$) to the price of major web development tools ($100+), it's the best you could ask for.
If you are no good with HTML, then Freewebs is a good server to use, as it has layouts and stuff, already set up for you to use.
