I just arrived at FH, and went to the weapon store, and for some reason I cannot gather, Zell's Maverick and Rinoa's Valkrye were there.......
But I only have Weapons Mon Mar and Weapons Mon Jun.
Where did I gain access to these two weapons?

I don't quite remember where those other magazines are, but you'll get another chance to get them in disc three, at Esthar.
I'm not asking where the other Weapons Mon ... Mags are, I'm asking how I gained these two weapons without the magazines.
Owning the magazines is not required for the weapons to become available. Once you have acquired all the items necessary to refine a weapon, it will become available at weapons shops.
The magazines are really only there to inform you about weapons you can get if you were playing the game without a guide.
