Hey, even if you're not a fan of baseball, this promotion could be some incentive to watch the game, right? Eh?
Anyway, if you were in charge of a promotion like this, where what you gave away had to cost a maximum of two dollars (for realism's sake), what would you give to everyone in America/Britain/wherever you live? Tacos? Packs of gum? Candy bars? Home Run Pies?
Take your pick, feel free to be creative.
For every American that eats well, I would send their share to homeless shelters nationwide. Or I'd use the funds that took up to fix/create homeless shelters in cities with large homeless populations.

Anyway, as for the question, I would give everyone a pamphlet on how not to be a piece of crap.
I would put a penny on the Green Monster in game on and if got hit then I would send everyone a stamp on an evelope(costs more than a penny :P )
A lot of people deserve a good telling off, but that's not a promotion as much as it is a silly threat. I would give everybody in America a quarter, which is approx. the production cost of a taco. :D
