Some can be found in the omega dungeon.
Before you fight seymour flux on that snowy mountain place there is a level 4 sphere somewhere, there is another treasure chest next to it I think it's when you're close to Wantz/O'aka's. I haven't found anymore, or even a lvl 3 key sphere.
in the clam lands you can bribe chimera brian for them. lvl3 are in the omega dungen.
The ammount you give ish 190,000,000 or something like that or 19,000,000 ^_^'Quote:
