Unrest in the mountains!
There has been reports that uneasy natives of the Maedor Mountains around the boundaries of Teardrop, Aztopia, Vincentland, and Sai Estrana are growing upset at the light smog coming from Vincentland that is creeping up in the mountains. They may attack Burglefickna, Atekka, and Canterbubble in frustration if the problem is not fixed within several days.
Imperial Agents have been sent into the mountain ranges to gather reports on the savages and any threat they pose.
Will whoever stops this recieve any land?

A large faction of the Imperial Army has set up a temp camp at the base of the mountain, ready to take action upon the Emperor's wish. Until then the Agents are still gathering reports.
How long would it take to dig up under the mountains so they collapse?

And no, no land gains will be awarded.

If you want to hold off a few days on the fighting I can see if the leaders of Vincentland will meet up to discover the cause of the smog. From there we can see what we can do about it.
I will wait and give you two days. No more, and then I will solve it personally.
After talking with the leader and our members, we have decided to sent a representative party with military escort to go talk to the people. We have agreed to lower the smog level as long as they agree not to attack. We also plan to tell them that if they want things done they should send representatives to the countries to discuss the problem. If they continue with threats to get what they want then we will send our armies. As long as the rebels accept this things should work out okay. If they refuse to listen our military will join up with the rest of the encampments and will join in the upcoming battle.
