How to become a Cingular phone tester! (under 21 only)

I was looking around and found a new Cingular website oriented for people under 21. Its members are given sneak peeks at phones and can test them before they are released. They also have a point system so that if you earn enough you can win a new phone and lots of other stuff. It is completely free to join and well worth it.
