User Notes? What are they?

What are they? I looked like 2 seconds ago and I had 2 user notes I didn't know I had till just now. What are they for?

there not really for anything. I suggest staying away from user otes because the person can alter them in any way they choose.

I noticed that. Why do they let others alter the notes?

Because otherwise only staff can view them or add to them, defeating the purpose of the feature

No arguments...I just remember that I had the devil's own time making it work like a tagboard in a test vB3 that I set up on my Linux box when I was working for ljforums.

I personally dislike the feature, but whatever.
