where are fortune spheres

Earth Eater in the monster arena. He is the first original creation monster. (and he's kind of a pain to beat over and over but oh well I did it to max luck)

You can also bribe Maelspikes for Attribute Spheres. It's a tad expensive, but if one character has activated a Luck Node, you can use an Attribute Sphere for the other six characters to activate that Luck Node. It's easier than beating Earth Eater repeatedly, but more expensive.

Yeah, which unfortunately makes it harder :( and you still need quite a few fortune spheres anyways if you are trying to max luck. If you have all the other stats maxed already, earth eater is quite easy.
