Devil Dog Liner 0011!!!!

So I saw a poster for this super old anime movie called Devil Dog Liner 0011.
If Frank Zappa cut off the top of his head and put 20 tabs of acid on his
brain then picked up a pencil, this is what he would draw. Holy crap. I am
so pissed because I can't find a trace of it online except on 1 site which
lists the contents of the poster book that I saw it in. Has anyone heard
of, or even better seen it? I wanted to find a picture of the poster at least
but I can't find a thing. :(
