Hey guys, I found my copy of Diablo 1 this morning in the bottom of my junk drawer. In celebration I'm totally going to start a character on Battle.net and play it. Anyone who has the original should get on and we can all make characters and build them up together in a game no one plays anymore. Sounds like a good idea to me, well let me know if you're interested I'm going to get started now. Zoom.
I'd be all over that if I didn't have finals in a week... and I wasn't using a touchpad on a laptop...

I don't really like Diabo I, you can duplicate items and get all those hacked items and such, unless of course they've cracked down on that. I do remember having an Archangel's Staff of Armaggeddon that just wiped out everything in the area and had 225 charges.
I don't plan on playing with anyone except people here who want to join me so there will be no hacks/cheats. They're all over Battle.net but if we don't use them who cares, I always have password protected games anyway, and beside, only like 100 people are even still on Diablo 1 battle.net, lol
Yeah, I'm on Diablo 2, it's a lot better and there are less hacks, Map Hack and Rune Duplication being the two most common (and the runes always dissappear after awhile).
Diablo 2, bah! The intent is to play a game that's not popular, one that's basically abandoned but still fun :D COME ON there has to be some people wanting to do this with me! I'm having tons of fun, just turned level 10
I never found Diablo 1 to be overly entertaining really. Diablo 2 actually isn't too much better, but I like the variation on the classes so I'm trying out a lot of different classes and builds.
You've also never played Diablo 1 with ME

I think I've a Diablo 1 CD kicking around here somewhere, I may just have to take you up on that. After finals. Evil finals.
