Real Emotion English Version

Does anyone know where I can download a version of this that isn't the one directly from the game? (as in taken from the concert at the beginning, which has screaming, sound effects, etc all in with the song.) I'm wondering if there is a just a straight normal English version available for download, or if anyone could send it to me over a messenger or something? ^_^
